AJ, has been entrepreneur since his college days and has always put his customers and employees first. Having over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, early in his career AJ along with his business partners built a very successful, multi state Insurance Agency from the ground up. He sold his share to his partners when he received a lucrative offer to become the Chief Business Development Officer for a family owned niche line “A” rated insurance company. Under his leadership and growth plan the company increased market share and revenues substantially. After a successful sale of this company for 25 million dollars to a much larger insurer and a smooth transition period AJ accomplished his mission.

AJ now has decided to share his decades of knowledge and experience working with small to medium sized companies and startup entrepreneurs assisting them in maximizing their full potential. With this goal in mind AJ formed Intelligent Revenue Systems Inc. an intelligent way to build revenue resulting in higher profitability. He provides solutions to successfully manage their business processes and increase revenues and cash flow. His insight has helped his customers save over 30% in operating expenses positively impacting their bottom line. As AJ calls it he wants Intel to be "Your Partner in Profitability" 

His love for sports and competition taught him that in business the discipline of an athlete, along with team spirit, and hard work pay great dividends. AJ during a chance business meeting pitched his idea to his childhood idol Randy White and they decided to partner in this endeavor and launch Intelligent Revenue Systems to strengthen American enterprise by providing business solutions and process Improvements across all industries. Apart from working towards making his clients more profitable, AJ is restaurateur, owning multiple concepts throughout his career, and has a tremendous love of wines staying true to his Italian roots. He is happily married and the father of four amazing children. AJ resides with his family and pets in Orlando, FL.
